Game of the Day - Durham @ PawSox - Last night the Pawtucket Red Sox dismantled a red hot team and a smoking hot pitcher in impressive fashion. Behind the stick of Josh Reddick the PawSox pounded Durham starter Brian Baker, upping his ERA from 2.56 to 3.58 and in the process halted the Bulls 11-game win streak. They'll get another shot at another hot pitcher in an afternoon tilt today. Joe Bateman takes the hill for Durham, entering the game with a sparkling 2.10 ERA and a spotless 3-0 record. But this is Bateman's first start of the season after working out of making 40 appearances out of the pen. The PawSox bats are going to need to be popping again if they hope to beat the best team in the International League, especially since they have Adam Mills on the mound. Mills has allowed 10 earned runs and 17 hits over his last two outings and has only 1 win in his last 11 starts. The forecast calls for sunny skies and a temp around 85 degress...the perfect weather for some day ball, and hopefully the perfect weather for the PawSox to ole another win from the Bulls.
