Game of the Day - Rock Cats @ Sea Dogs - After we nearly willed Mike McCardell to his first "W" of the season, we return to Portland for our Game of the Day. Despite the highly anticipated rehab start for Josh Beckett down in Pawtucket, a dream pitching prospects matchup of Kyle Gibson versus Casey Kelly is much more anticipated by us. There is a boat load of hype behind both of these pitchers, but they are currently on two different paths. Gibson is skyrocketing through the system and showing signs of big league type stuff on the bump. Kelly is statistically having a rough go at things, but the Red Sox believe in him so much on the hill that they can afford to be patient while he works his mechanics down on the farm.
