Game of the Day - Fisher Cats @ Trenton - Everyone always talks about how your next game is the most important game of the season. For the New Hampshire Fisher Cats this holds true tonight and with a victory, tomorrow night and with another, the next night. Sitting 3 1/2 back of Trenton in the Eastern Division, the Cats have their last regular season shot at their 1st place foes and hope to bridge the gap towards earning home field in the first round of the playoffs. They've lined up their guns as they pushed back Kyle Drabek's Sunday start to Monday. This allowed Drabek to miss the constant rains in Manchester, while also allowing New Hampshire to put forth their best arms against the Thunder. Trenton counters with Manny Banuelos, who is making his AA debut after earning a 2.19 ERA in 12 starts with the Gulf Coast and Tampa Yankees. Banuelos has also struck out 68 batters over 49 1/3 innings and is a big-time pitching prospect for the New York Yankees. So despite it only being his first AA start, the Fisher Cats are sure to have their hands full with the 19-year old pitcher. Drabek is seeking his 5th straight win on the mound and the extra day's rest could help him accomplish just that. It's a first round playoff preview tonight in Trenton, with the possible right's to home field advantage on the line.
